Northstar Senior Living hosted a groundbreaking ceremony with the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce and city and state officials on Nov. 2 for its newest signature property, Sabal Palms Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility is on 7 acres of land, south of Matanzas High School on Palm Harbor Parkway.
